Mike Lalonde - Bakery and Deli Manager

Michael began his career at the Yellowknife Co-operative as the Gas Bar and Convenience Store Manager.  In April, 2009 he moved into his current role of Bakery and Deli Manager. Michael brings considerable retail management experience to his current role. Prior to joining us at the Yellowknife Cooperative, Michael worked in customer service roles for Walmart and Future Shop in Ontario, where he gained strong communication and organizational skills and a solid understanding of the importance of teamwork in busy retail environments. Michael’s work background also includes two years of real estate sales experience and he has a Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering Technology – Computer Automation and Control.
